WEAR YOUR BEST OWL FASHION (T-shirts, ties, scarves, dresses, jewelry, slippers, or even an owl costume) and participate in the Owl Runway Fashion Show during this event!
PROGRAM (tentative)
5:00 - 6:00 PM: Meet the owls at the International Owl Center (126 E Cedar St)
5:00 - 6:30 PM: Tours of the Loft 105 Vrbo above the Owl Center (a 2-night stay will be featured in the live auction)
5:00 - 6:30 PM; Tours of the Owl Center building site, with building and aviary footprints staked out
5:00 - 9:00 PM: Pick out your favorite children's owl art from around the world to take home with you
5:30 - 7:30 PM: Heavy hors d'oeuvres, cash bar
6:30 PM: Owl Runway Fashion Show (for everyone who wants to show off their best owl apparel!)
~7:00 PM: Presentation: Why a new Owl Center facility is needed, and why it will be the best in the USA!
~7:30 PM: *Live Auction (concludes with a Paddle Raiser so you can make a donation without winning an item)
~8:30 PM: Wine Pull (buy tickets earlier in the evening to draw a cork corresponding to a numbered bottle of wine)
*There will also be an online auction for those who cannot attend. You can either pick up your items or pay shipping costs for us to mail them to you. Contact us if you'd like to bid by proxy on in-person auction items but cannot attend the event.
